The partnership is not registered. There is no entry in the commercial register or in the company register for civil-law partnerships (Gesellschaftsregister).

Value added tax

StockVision GbR is a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). For this reason, no value added tax is charged or shown. There is no VAT identification number under § 27a UStG.
